according to location, kemangkon district could divide into 3 part, there were:
south area, west area, and north area (north klawing river), yesterday we follow the path in the south area (kemangkon, kedunglegok, majatengah, and pelumutan
villages)..now we will follow the west area,..they were include the center and so many village in the west.
first, we go to panican village (is the most busy village here)..there were traditional market (usually busy at the wednesday and saturday....they called it pasaran) and so many activities there like bank, store, post office, religious affair office and other activities....if we go to the west there were many village that start from bakulan, karangkemiri, and senon villages. here were suitable to make traditional handicraft, palm sugar, paddy field, specially in senon is good also to plant some corn, sugarcane,and some chilli plant.
in senon after state junior high1 kemangkon and some paddy field (rice field) there were crossroads....one before uphill road to the left, it goes to Banyumudal (senon) , pelumutan, majatengah and connect with the south area like kedunglegok...two others, were...the straight path (not too straight ) were goes to senon village, and the right path were goes to kedung ori senon,raganalan pegandekan village, karang kemiri the north area, and connect with bakulan the north area (devided by paddy field with the south one)...here we would find some old heritage that havent explored...like some site, old grave and some old buildings.
after we get pass the crossroad in banyumudal senon, we'll goes to the almost straight way.....it direct to senon village (the senon capital) oh ya, before we reach there we will find a rice mill (i dont know wheter it still used?) near it there a path to the left and it direct to pelumutan village.
SENON village,
one of large village here,beside kedungbenda, kemangkon and toyareka villages
i dont knew the cause probably in the past there were someone or place that have connection with the history of these region.
in senon village there some industry (small and traditional industry) and plantation just like other village beside paddy plantation. here were suitable to plant paddy, corn, sugarcane, lowland vegetable and others plant.
yap, after it we continue the journey follow the path and will find bokol village and the farest village that called kedungbenda village. idon't know why these village were diffrent from the others. might be there some habbit or some activities that role them to do so, altough from the job were same, majority were farmers.and plant some paddy (rice plant), corn, and some sugarcane plant but some other were made palmsugar.
Kedungbenda village,
as we know here the largest village in kemangkon, and it dominated by paddy field and house complex. oh ya, there some interesting location here.
1. congot,
is the place klawing river met serayu river, with good panorama and look like create mini lake here. unfortunatelly here so little tree so it feel hot there.
congot locate in kedungbenda choose the left path the same direction to serayu river.
2. panembahan drona site or lingga and yoni....this site might be created at hindus time (may be a boundary)...it located near the main road in the right way...under some big tree that more spooky to see. the site were surround by wall...1.5 metre (probably)just like traditional well here.
3.sand mining location.....in the some spot, with traditional tool they pick the sand and also river stone from klawing river (there were some spot here) like in the right way near drona sites and the end of this road....(may be in this year will be construct a bridge that cross klawing river from kedungbenda to sokaraja)
well the village was told briefly at the moment so this is the end of the journey also (for this road).
you know how it was so potential to create a uniquely location but until now this location still a village, i hope in the future they will equal with the other district...........
